The Dutscher Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sparks Lab Supplies, expanding its scope and product and service offering to the Republic of Ireland. Sparks becomes a direct subsidiary of SLS (Scientific Laboratory Supplies), the company of the Dutscher group in England which benefits from 30 years of experience in the distribution of scientific equipment and consumables, and in supporting British laboratories.
Founded in 1996, Sparks is a laboratory consumables, reagents and equipment distribution company based in Dublin, Republic of Ireland. Sparks is renowned for the quality of its personalized service and for its excellent image with Irish laboratories.
The company's name will remain Sparks Lab Supplies, and the employees and management teams will remain the same. Sparks will relay on the Dutscher group and SLS to accelerate its development.
This acquisition provides Dutscher with warehousing, logistics and sales support in the Republic of Ireland.
