Throughout 2023, Dutscher organised several internal events to help improve the quality of life at work and foster team cohesion.
Every year, our employees are invited to come dressed up for “Mardi Gras”.
This year's Dutscher Carnival was a great success, with our Dutscherians once again showing off their imagination!
The Dutscher teams spent an entire week focusing on well-being. Each day, many activities were organised: burnfit, reflexology, anma massage, yoga, perfume making, osteopathy, reiki, giant table football, Balinese massage, sound journey, table tennis tournament, chocolate workshop, etc. These were interspersed with the visit of four foodtrucks offering a variety of culinary specialities during the lunch break. Our colleagues were also able to bring along their pets for a whole day and enjoy an "agility" workshop.

To mark the launch of our catalogue for biotechnologies, our staff celebrated its publication and its new theme: cinema.
Fresh from the Cannes Film Festival or a film set, the costumed Dutscherians did justice to the new theme.
As every year, our traditional "Lab Forum" (better known as "Boar Day") was held in September.
All the Group's employees came together to enjoy a day and an evening together in a convivial atmosphere.
A special "board games" afterwork was offered to our employees at our Bernolsheim premises (67).
Participants could bring their own games or play with the games provided by the company throughout the year.
During the Halloween period, our Bernolsheim site (67) and our Issy-les-Moulineaux sales office (92) organised a Halloween decoration competition.

This day is a must for Dutscher employees!
During this day, our employees put on their most beautiful-ugly Christmas jumper and took part in our internal competition.
To celebrate the festive season, our teams got together for a dinner and a party, where they set the dance floor alight!
On another day, Dutscher employees could also take part in a family-friendly event. On the programme: balloon sculptor, face painting, photobooth, show and food!
