As a company founded and based in Alsace since 1982, the decision to join the employer brand “Bien en Alsace” (“Well in Alsace”) created by ADIRA (the Agency for the Development of the Alsace Region) l'ADIRA was an obvious one for Dominique Dutscher.
This local brand is an approach in which companies, regions and partners in Alsace commit to shared values and work together to define and implement actions to attract, retain and facilitate the fulfilment of workers in Alsace.
Its aim is to set up an “employee pathway” using practical resources (pitches and tools to encourage people to work in Alsace, to give visibility to professions that are recruited locally, to help new employees integrate into the region and to provide guidance for young people, etc.).
It also aims to bring together a community of companies, partners and regional representatives, that are brought together and linked under a common banner and strengthening public/private partnerships.
With all this in mind, in March 2024, we joined the project “Bien en Alsace” and signed a Charter reinforcing our commitment to welcoming and retaining our employees.
