Dutscher group, the leading supplier of equipment, consumables and chemicals for laboratories in Europe, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ozyme, which strengthens their position in the Life Science market in France.
Founded in 1984 and based in Saint-Cyr-L’école, close to Paris, Ozyme is the premier independent French supplier of molecular biology, cell biology and immunology products. Ozyme is well known for its excellent scientific and logistic expertise, the quality of its service, the strong support it offers to its customers, and for the reputation of its range of products including many world-leading brands.
Whilst it becomes a part of the Dutscher group, Ozyme will remain independent. It will continue to trade under the Ozyme name, retaining its employees, its management, partners and existing organisational structure. The company will benefit from Dutscher and the synergies of the Dutscher group to develop its activities in France and across Europe.
