Solis BioDyne (RT-PCR)

SolisFAST® one-step RT-PCR kit with UNG

• Fast (less than an hour) and simple RT-PCR protocol (cDNA synthesis and PCR in a single tube)
• High sensitivity: detection from 0.1 pg RNA
• Optimised for multi-targeting (up to 5 targets)
• Stable reactions at high temperatures (up to 60°C) thanks to the combination of FIREScript® and SOLIScript® enzymes
• Uracil-DNA glycosylase (UNG) enzyme included to prevent cross-contamination
• Enhencer AmpliBoost™ RT-PCR included to improve sensitivity and facilitate amplification of complex arrays (GC-rich, secondary structures,...)
• Protection against RNA degradation provided by RiboGrip® RNase inhibitor
• Stable for 30 days at room temperature, long-term storage at -20 °C

Supplied with :
• 4X qPCR mix with SolisFast hot DNA polymerase, UNG, optimised reaction buffer, dNTPs (including dUTP), 6.4 mM MgCl2 (1.6 mM final concentration)
• Mix RT 40X with SolisScript and FireScript reverse transcriptases, RiboGrip RNase inhibitor and UNG
• Enhencer RT-PCR Ampliboost 5X
• Nuclease-free water
