• Bi-injection polyethylene and silicone caps: no leaking, no contamination and excellent grip for screwing/unscrewing • Star cap design, for use with automatic decappers and vial pickers • Printed graduations, with writing area • Provided with a pre-printed random barcode • Locking system (for skirted tubes only) for use with the base of polycarbonate cryogenic boxes and workstations • Autoclavable (open) at 121 °C for 20 minutess
ClearLine® Quality: • Virgin medical grade polypropylene tubes, caps in medical grade polyethylene • Suitable for use down to -196 °C • Free of human DNA, RNase, DNase, ATP and PCR inhibitors • Sterile (beta-radiation, SAL 10-6) • USP Class VI (non-cytotoxic, non-haemolytic) • Autoclavable (open) at 121 °C for 20 minutes
Polypropylene cryotubes with a lid made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) with an external screw thread. With or without graduation. The sterile models are sterilised with gamma rays, non-pyrogenic and non-cyto-toxic. The non-sterile models are not autoclavable.
• For the storage of products in quality tubes • Freestanding, starfooted • Non-assembled polyethylene caps • Made of polypropylene • Freezable at -196 °C (liquid nitrogen) • Non-sterile
Greiner Bio-One Cryo.s™ cryotubes are made of transparent polypropylene and have been developed for the storage of biological samples up to -196 °C. Greiner Bio-One cryotubes with internal screw thread are watertight thanks to a silicone seal. A writing area makes it possible to identify the tubes. The caps are coloured in the mass to facilitate the identification of series of tubes.
• Tubes in polypropylene with black graduations • Orange outer or inner cap in PP with silicone washers • Conical or round bottom with or without skirt • Resistant from -196 °C to +121 °C • Sterile • Non-pyrogenic • DNase/RNase free
Reliable and stable microbial preservation system. Optimum cryopreservation of bacteria, bacterial spores and fungi.
• Preserves cultures for extended periods without loss of viability • Eliminates the need for freeze-drying or frequent transfers • Suitable for a wide range of organisms, including bacteria and fungi • Allows many different strains to be frozen in a restricted area • All bottles contain the same cryoprotectant, guaranteeing consistent, reliable performance. • Before use, CLEARStable can be stored at room temperature or, preferably, at +4°C for optimum product preservation. • Micro-organisms can be preserved at different temperatures depending on their specific biological nature. For short periods, storage at -20°C is recommended. For long-term storage, the ideal temperature is -80°C, while for prolonged conservation, the gaseous phase of liquid nitrogen can be used. • Sterile • Shelf life : 24 months • Supplied with a polycarbonate cryobox containing 80 sterile cryotubes and a retrieval rod
Cryoboxes can be ordered separately under part numbers 390717 (1D) and 390808 (2D)
