- Simple, rapid and economical protocol applied directly from purified nucleic acids (no fragmentation or end repair required)
- Reduced risk of off-target binding and cross-contamination
- Highly sensitive : low amount of starting DNA/cDNA required
• Kit supplied with RC-PCR probe mix, RC-PCR HiFi master mix and RC-PCR probe dilution buffer
• To be completed with Primer Index plates (containing pre-distributed primers)
