The Covalink polystyrene plate has undergone a surface treatment which means it can bind different molecules on the well surface: antibodies, antigens, nucleic acids, lipids, polysaccharides... Presentation: 12 strips 8 wells mounted on the plate or individual, removable
96-well plates.
Principle:
The covalent binding occurs via a functional group onto which a homo- or heterobifunctional group is grafted. This activates it and allows the covalent binding of the selected molecule. The functional group is terminated by a secondary amine (NH area) activated at a concentration of 10 to the power 14 / cm².
• High binding capacity
• A single binding site for each antigen or antibody
• No denaturation
• Immobilised molecules oriented
• White pigment model for applications in fluorescence and luminescence
