How do I create a web account on dutscher.com?

 

You are already a Dutscher customer and would like to take advantage of our website's exclusive services? Open your own account on our website now!

  1. Go to the " Create an account "page.
     
  2. Please have your Dutscher customer number ready.
    • Your customer number begins with the letter "C" followed by seven digits. You can find it on your quotes, invoices, etc.
    • You are not a Dutscher customer yet? No problem, by placing your first order on our site in guest mode or directly with our customer service department. A customer number will be given to you.
       
  3. Complete the requested information :
    • a red asterisk indicates mandatory fields.
    • check that you have entered your e-mail address correctly, and remember the password you set, as you will need it to log in once your account has been activated.
    • be sure to tick "I am not a robot" and "I accept the Privacy Policy" after reading it.    
       
  4. Click on "Send the request".   
     
  5. Your web account is not accessible at this stage yet. Our webmaster receives your request to create a web account and activates it (within 24 hours). As soon as the order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that you can now log in and place your order.

How do I access my Dutscher web account?

  1. 1. Click on the "Account" icon or go to the  “Login page”. 
     
  2. Enter your username and password.    
     
  3. Click on "Connection".
     
  4. Once you have logged in to your web account, you can access your dashboard (personalised home page). Widgets are available to allow you to view all the information relating to your account and its activity on a single screen: order tracking, favourites, standard baskets, draft orders, privileged contacts, web loyalty programme, etc

How do I reset my password?
 

Have you forgotten your password? To reset it, follow these steps:
 

  1. Click on the"Account" icon or go to the  “Login page ”.
     
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?”
     
  3. Enter your username and e-mail address in the pop-up window. If your e-mail address is used as a login, please enter your e-mail address in the two boxes.
     
  4. Click on "Reset".
     
  5. You will receive an e-mail containing a temporary password. Log in with your username and this temporary password.
     
  6. At the bottom right of your homepage, click on "Modify my account".
     
  7. Enter the temporary password you received by e-mail, and the new password you wish to use.
     
  8. Click on "Change password" to confirm your password change.

How do I log out of my web account?

  1. Whichever page of the www.dutscher.com website you are on, to log out, scroll down the drop-down menu in your customer area.
     
  2. Click on "Log out".

 

Please note that if there is no activity on the dutscher.com website for 15 minutes, the session is terminated, whether or not you were logged in to your web account.

This means that if you visit the site in public mode (not logged in), any shopping basket you may have started will be lost (if you are logged in, however, your shopping basket will have been saved).
